Tylenol (acetaminophen): Both have the same amount of acetametaphrine - 500mg. So in purest terms they are equal. But alot depends on alcohol consumption, history of hepatitis, body size. In an average, healthy adult male the limit is 4000 mg or 4gms a day of acetametaphrine.
