Some mornings i wake with a rash on my arms. it goes away after a couple of hours. any idea on what would cause this?

See a dermatologist: It is hard to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to actually see the rash, your skin may be irritated to any new products that you may have come into contact with, for example, if you changed your detergent.
