I keep getting these weird hickey looking rashes on my arms and i have no idea what it is does anybody have a clue of what it could possibly be?

A hickey is not a rash, but rather brine blood vessels below the skin. A rash is on the surface and can be caused by so many factors. Best bet is to have it looked at by a dermatologist.

Likely what you call“hickeys” are the purple areas left by scratching,that lead to extravasation of blood (petechiae&purpura.)We can’t see the features of your lesions,but the most frequent itchy lesions on the arms are eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, etc. Go to Dermatology. In the meantime, Use Cetaphil cleanser, Cetaphil moisturizer twice a day& Loratadine 1 pill daily for itch.
