What kind of confidence problems will our kids have since they can't get good jobs anymore?

The right ones can: They often can get jobs if they have reasonable skills and intelligence, a strong work ethic, and don't expect a big salary and private corner office on their first day on the job. Too often the problem is that they "drank the cool-aid"; when daddy told them they could do anything, they believed it, and reality, was a big let-down. Those who work hard and take responsibility do just fine.
