Think i may need a root canel on my high tooth, cld u give me the symptoms please thanks x?

The typical: Symptoms are continuous pain (varying degrees) sensitive to thermal stimuli (hot and cold); painful to pressure. Sometimes no pain but the presence of a "pimple" (fistulous tract - can be draining or not) on the gum in the vicinity of the infected tooth.
