Started 10mg of lexapro 4 weeks ago for anxiety and depression, i feel better but still have symptoms of anxiety, cld this mean i need a higher dose?

Possibly: It takes 4-6 weeks for full effect of any given dose of Lexapro so you're pretty much at full effect of 10mg. Anxiety often requires higher doses of Lexapro and similar meds than depression does. So you may need to go up to 15mg or higher to target the anxiety. You could also stay with 10mg and really target the anxiety with a therapist. I hope this helps.
