Check it again: Maybe, if your doctor wishes. The key is that there's no abnormal cells seen. I often wish labs didn't even report percentages. Platelets can be high from mild iron deficiency or nobody-knows-why. Lymphocyte and neutrophil percentages fluctuate chaotically perhaps as we fight off subclinical viral infections.
