It sure is: Sleepiness and fatigue are among the most common symptoms of infectious mononucleosis and can last quite a while after the main symptoms (fever, sore throat, etc) have cleared up. Nothing to worry about and usually doesn't last more than a few weeks. But keep in touch with the doctor who diagnosed and treated you.
