May not be vein: It may not be a vein issue, but more like a tendon/muscle issue. You also may just be dehydrated or low on potassium. Try increasing potassium foods like bananas or baked potatoes, and try drinking more noncaffeine fluids (water is good). If this does not help, see your pcp.
