Help please? what is the best way to treat a bruised vein on the bottom of your foot?

Heat and ibuprofen: A bruise over a vein is usually due to bleeding from the vein into the surrounding skin and subcutaneous tissue resulting in what is called a hematoma. This hematoma is trapped blood beneath the skin and is best treated with heat and ibuprofen. It usually resolves over about 10 days.
