See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong. One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests. Follow with your doctor as soon as you can. Things that can cause pains in chest and ribcage include heartburn, pneumonia, gallbladder problems, liver disease, kidney problems, heart attacks, or blood clots.

See for yourself: If the pain becomes difficult to take, fever sets in or it keeps going on and on and on go see your doctor. Any heavy physical work lately? Difficult to give advise without a clinical examination.

See your doctor: If you are having pain, just see your doctor to get it evaluated. There is no benefit to suffering when your doctor may be able to help.
