I have been having pain on the upper right side just under the edge of my ribcage. at times it hurts through to my back. could it be my gall bladder?

Family practice : It could very well be your gallbladder. Stay on a bland diet until seen. If pain is constant go to the er. Otherwise have your dr see you. He/she will order an u/s and lab studies to determine cause of pain.
