Is cryotherapy effective for severe cervical dysplasia?

Cryotherapy: Cryotherapy was once used to treat severe dysplasia. It is no longer considered the standard of care. The dysplasia must be excised, or cut out, because a pathologist must review it carefully to look for invasive cancer.

NO CRYOTHERAPY : Cryotherapy should not be done for severe dysphasia. The disease needs to be removed with clean margins and proper follow up care.
