listen to your body: For dysplasia, avoid tobacco, alcohol, and junk food, get a good night sleep, relax, and get regular exercise and get the cryotherapy. If discharge is clear and non irritating it is physiologic. If white and itchy probably yeast infection. If it is colored and has bad odor it is infected.

unsure: Many reasons for vaginal discharge. Some severe dysplasia might have areas of cancer. Some docs would do a leep or conization to send a specimen from the cervix to make sure nothing worse than severe dysplasia is found. Check with you doctor to see if this would be an option in your case.
