A normal happening: During late pregnancy, the bones of the pelves, usually quite fixed, loosen to provide a bit more room in the birth canal. This is especially true with the pubic bone and at times the laxity is painful on motion.

Separation of pubic: It sounds like symphysis separation - where your pubic bone separates some because of pregnancy hormones. It allows thepubic joint to move and that hurts a bunch. A pregnancy support belt sometimes help, but not always. It will hurt when you move, sit for a while, roll over in bed, or do almost anything. It gets better after delivery, but likely to be miserable until then. Sorry.
