After graduation from medical school. I had a general rotating internship at Newport Naval Hospital followed by residencies in Pathology and Ob/Gyn at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Dt. Albans Naval Hospital,, and the New York University/Bellevue Hospital. I served in the US Navy for 41 years, retiring as a captain and a delivery record of some 5000 babies.
