Testosterone: Your doctor will advise you, but there are testosterone supplements you can take and some are injected too.

Testosterone: As men age, testosterone (t) levels fall. If t falls below a certain level (often 300ng/dl), it may be worthwhile to replace it. Benefits include improved energy level, strength, libido and sexual function, reduced risk of heart disease and osteoporosis. T replacement can be given by injection, gels on the skin, or pellets placed under the skin. Pellets last for about 3 months.
