I am a 42 year old male currently on trt. i take 120mg of test cyp a week subq split into 3 equal doses. my last test done was march 24th and my total testosterone was 543, my free was 162 and my e2 was 38. any idea how my free test is so high?

You are receiving testosterone replacement therapy so I do not know if the free testosterone level is affected by the injection timing. With TRT I do not think you need to pay attention to this free level. Take care.

following the injection the hormonal level shoots up and then starts to go down. So iot will depend how many days following the shot the test was done
