What will the er do if you swollow glass but can still talk but it hurts to breath and swollow?

Examine you!: The er will look into your mouth and if they cannot see anything will have either a general surgeon or ear/nose/throat specialist come and use an 'endoscope' (flexible tube with a mocroscopic lense at the end) to allow them to visualize your throat. Glass is difficult to see and sometimes special radiographs may be needed to find it.
