Sleep?: This is a vague complaint with many possible causes. Are you sleeping enough? Is this a chronic or acute issue? Are you losing weight? If this persists, you shoudl see your primary care provider.

Need more info: This is such a vague and non-specific complaint that it can be due to multiple causes. Suggest you see your family doctor and get fully evaluated. Bring along a list of any and all symptoms you have and when they first occurred, and how they may interrelate. Good luck.

Yes, a good medical: You need to visit your doctor for a check up. Weakness is a nonspecific symptom of more than one conditions...Ranging from lack of sleep to emotional disturbance like depression, on to physical health conditions like anemia. A good history, physical exam and a CBC to make sure that you are not anemic is advised which is best done through your family doctor.
