Get enough sleep: You need to change your sleeping habits. Go to bed earlier and try to get a full 7-8 hrs of sleep. If you have problems doing this consult your doctor.

Insomnia: Change the hours of bed time. If you have a tv in your bedroom you should remove it. Don't take caffeine beverages before bed. If this is unsuccessful see a doctor for a sleep study.
