Anxious, jittery: Anxiety, weakness, and jitteriness can emerge from multiple sources (e.g., side effect of medication, exposure to stress, etc.). First, speak with your primary care physician or other health care provider to rule out any medical causes. If none exist ask for a referral to see a clinician such as a psychologist who can help you in addressing it.
