TTP: Most common symptoms would be headache and fatigue- however one can be presented with different kind of neurological problems- including confusion, shaking/involuntary movement etc that is caused by the ttp. The most common sign -off course is low platelet.

Range of symptoms: Ttp can involve many different organs. One can have renal dysfunction, fever, altered mental status, low platelet counts and hemolytic anemia. These signs can lead to symptoms of bleeding, bruising, petechiae, confusion, anemia, fatigue, and possible jaundice among other things.
