See details: Almost all pain medications do not contain any aspirin. They may contain tylenol (acetaminophen) so any pain med is acceptable. Talk to your doctor.

Muscle relaxant: For muscle pain you can use Ibuprofen 400mg or even a central action muscle relaxant, such as Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) or cyclobenzaprine. This is a prescription medication while Ibuprofen is an otc, sold in 200mg pills or tablets.
