I am worried.: A 53 y/o woman with diabetes is worrisome. 1.You are (presumably) female and you have diabetes.These are both"maskers" of typical anginal (heart) pain.Please see your dr soon and explain our concerns.I'd recommend a stress test;missed heart disease in women is a constant threat.
