Check thyroid: Your history indicates taking BCPs. Of course, stop BCPs. Even if blood tests are normal, you may be subclinically hypothyroid. If you have many hypothyroid symptoms (cold hands and feet, constipation, fatigue, depression, brain fog, menstrual irregularities) you may be hypothyroid. Appropriate thyroid replacement may help.
