A member asked:

Is my ovarian torsion fixing itself?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. James Lin answered

May be...: A twisted ovary may untwist itself just like that happening to testicles. Its diagnosis is hard, but largely based on doc's alert and professional keenness to reveal its unique clinical pictures: highly variable onset, intensity, duration, and interval, of recurrent pain over time, usually years; of course, one has to rule out common intrapelvic disorders. So, see and ask doc timely. Good luck...
