Not sure what u mean: Hemmorids can bleed and cause pain. Some can have clear discharge and this can stain the underwear, clear to yellow but not white.

Not sure: Where you see the white spots, but no this is not the usual presentation of hemorrhoids. White spots can be any number of things so best to get your doctor to examine and diagnose and treat if needed.
