Yes!: Are you asking about your forearm? You can fracture your ulna (one of the forearm bones) by hitting directly against an edge with a lot of force. This is called a nightstick fracture. It would be very painful and you might feel movement and grinding at the fracture site. It would take a lot of force in a young person.
