I woke up today and my arm was swollen and purple, didn't get hit or anything but i can now see 2 of my viens are sticking out now and there's a bump?

See a doctor: Hi. That's very abnormal, and makes me suspect a blood clot in the veins that drain that arm. That's not a common site for a blood clot. You need to see your doctor, who will determine appropriate tests (possibly a venous duplex doppler to look at blood flow and for clots; other tests as indicated).
