See a doctor: Hi. That's very abnormal, and makes me suspect a blood clot in the veins that drain that arm. That's not a common site for a blood clot. You need to see your doctor, who will determine appropriate tests (possibly a venous duplex doppler to look at blood flow and for clots; other tests as indicated).
