Do you mean thryroid: Biopsy? In any case , bleeding , injury to the gland are the possible side effect . There is possibility of injury to recurrent laryngeal nerve though not common

None: Unclear how this biopsy was done. If it was needle biopsy there should be no side effects. If during surgery unlikely to cause problems.

Biopsy on bleeding-ulcer showed problem w/parathyroid gland. Dr said that i need to go for further testing&that my wife should to. Why her too?
