A member asked:

What are some reasons my 1 year old have bumps on her face and body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Umm, hard to say.: Heat rash. Viral rash. Allergy rash. Infectious rash. Insect bite. Eczema. Contact dermatitis. The best strategy is to determine the source of the rash then address that specifically. This should be an easy question to pose to your pediatrician during an office visit. Without actually viewing the bumps in person, any answer would be but a guess. Your daughter deserves better than a guess.
