What works well for adult teething pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Address the cause: It is best to address the cause of the pain. See a dentist. Dental pain rarely gets better on its own. It could be decay, gum disease or even something very serious. For short term relief Ibuprofen will typically work better than acetaminophen. Address the cause and have your dentist evaluate the problem. Please don't let it grow into a bigger problem!
