If you got sticthes after wisdom teeth surgery, can you still see the blood clots ?

Often yes: But wisdom teeth are far back, you may need a flashlight to help you see.
Even with stitches you need to be careful - do not smoke, drink from a straw, spit or vigorously rinse, as you could dislodge the clot and develop a dry socket.

Sometimes: If the stitches can pull the gums on either side of the extraction site completely together, so that the "hole" is completely covered, then you will not be able to see anything underneath the gums. However, if the gums cannot be pulled all the way over the "hole, " then you can still see some of the underlying blood clot. So, it depends on the situation. In both cases, healing can proceed well.
