Its been 6 days since i got my wisdom teeth out can i still lose the blood clot?

Dry socket?: More than likely you are probably out of the danger period to lose a blood clot following wisdom teeth removal. It usually happens 48-72 hours post surgery. Some surgeons ask their patients to return a week after surgery for a post op check up. If you have throbbing pain and/or a constant ache, go see your dental surgeon for a visit. But you should be go to go.
