Absolutely not: There is a very strong possibility if you are allergic to one, you are allergic to both.

Not really. Urticaria in one means you are more likely to have the same reaction in the other as well. I have seen this numerous times

Depends on the type of reaction. If it is asthma, then avoid all COX-1 NSAIDs like Motrin or Aleve. However if the reactions are hives and itching, these types of reactions are likely specific to that particular drug. Do check with your allergist re. your options.
