YES: DO NOT MIX these without careful observation of the recommended dosages..although these two medicines are different chemicals they are both NSAIDS and have CUMULATIVE toxicity! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Yes: But is better to use one NSAID at a time. You can stick to Aleve or to Motrin. Do not combine the 2 to minimize adverse effects
