keratosis pilaris: Kp or keratosis pilaris is a common skin finding associated with eczema. The raised papules commonly occur as plugs in the hair follicles on the upper arms and outer thighs. They usually do not itch significantly. Treatment is available (for cosmetic purposes) but not necessary.
