Varies: I have seen the diarrhea persist for as long as 2 days after a colonoscopy. As long as there is no associated stomach discomfort, that is probably ok.

Depends on your prep: if it didn't go that well and you didn't empty the bowels out properly, it can continue for 2-3 days. most people have the opposite experience, no BMs for several days.
