Yes: This may be due to trauma related to the recent endoscopy. If still having this one week from now, go back to the Doctor who did the procedure and have them exam you.

Notify physician: Bleeding after colonoscopy is atypical and could account for the foul smell. Let the physician know what you are experiencing in case blood loss is a concern (depends on what was seen during the procedure, if polyp was removed, etc).
