Skin reaction: Certainly stopping use of the cream would be first on the list. Would be helpful to also review the cream's ingredients and try to avoid other products with the same contents. If the outbreak is acne type, a topical antibiotic solution or gel may be helpful, if it is more allergic type of reaction, short term use of a topical cortisone may help. It may also clear up without any treatment.
