"allergic crease": Depending on your skin type, you may find that use of a retinol nightly, with daily use of a broad spectrum sunscreen of spf 30 will help smooth out the crease and associated discoloration. Another option would be a hydroquinone or nonhq agent to lighten any discoloration. Best to consult with facial cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist to determine best cream or other appropriate treatment for you.

In addition: To the other answers, this may be a so-called "bunny line", which is a wrinkle that happens in the upper part of the nose with "squinching". If that's the case, Botox works really well to eliminate it.
