Maybe: The best thing to do is stop running your nose up! stopping the act should help to improve the crease with time. If not injectable fillers may help the problem.

"allergic crease": Depending on your skin type, you may find that use of a retinol nightly, with daily use of a broad spectrum sunscreen of spf 30 will help smooth out the crease and associated discoloration. Another option would be a hydroquinone or nonhq agent to lighten any discoloration. Best to consult with facial cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist to determine best cream or other appropriate treatment for you.

In addition: To the other answers, this may be a so-called "bunny line", which is a wrinkle that happens in the upper part of the nose with "squinching". If that's the case, Botox works really well to eliminate it.
