Yes..: You can try benzoyl peroxide products, a few of which you can obtain over the counter (like Proactiv), and some as a prescription from your doctor. You might want to have your doctor examine your skin, though, to identify what kind of acne it is (if it really is acne and not another skin condition) to better tailor your skincare regimen/medications.
