Aloe vera if healing: Try aloe vera or mederma. There are also over-the-counter treatments made of silicon you put over it that would work on a scar to hydrate it overnight. Probably unnecessary to mention, please don't use Nair on your face again. Vaniqua is a better option made for that. There is also laser hair removal and electrolysis.

Derm: see a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. theres many treatment options from prescription based creams to lasers to chemical peels. if the burn was recent, it is likely 'post inflammatory hyperpigmentation." it is imperative that you use sunscreen with spf 30 or above every day. sun exposure will make it worse. use a sunscreen that has zinc in it.
