Maybe a hernia.: Your description is not clear. Skin lesions are very superficial, there are fat tumors that could grow under the skin. Hernias come a little deeper through the muscle layer. And inside the abdominal cavity there are multiple organs many of which could have abnormalities that hurt or feel like a ball. Suggest a visit to your pcp. Hope is helps.
