I apologize if this isn't how this works but going on 3 or 4 weeks i've had rectal swelling and 3 hard ball shaped bumps, one larger than the others. the pain seems random and intensifying but bowel movements worsen it. any and all help is welcome?

Hemmorhoids: Sounds like these are hemorrhoids (swelling of the veins). Try sitting in a tub of warm water. You can also try OTC hemorrhoidal ointments.
