Chest pain : Heart poke vs chest pain? Heart poke could be just a extra beat. Things like premature atrial or ventricular contraction. Typical angina/ heart disease chest pain is a pressure CP sometimes irradiating to left arm worsening with activities. Usually associated with risk factors like hypertension, diabetes, smoking, obesity etc. If you are worry seek medical attention for stress test/ekg asap.
