Highly unlikely...: With a history of Panic Disorder the tingly symptoms could be associated. However, it is highly unlikely that one is having a heart attack. Best to see PCP for a good medical Evaluation and management and talk with the Psychologist/ Psychiatrist to sort out other issues. At 28 y/o there is so much life to live that Panic Attacks should not get on One's way.
