For the last 4 days my left arm has felt kind of tingly and when i get the chills its only my left side. my leg kind of feels the same. i have a panic disorder which is making it worse. can a heart attack last days with that symptom?

Highly unlikely...: With a history of Panic Disorder the tingly symptoms could be associated. However, it is highly unlikely that one is having a heart attack. Best to see PCP for a good medical Evaluation and management and talk with the Psychologist/ Psychiatrist to sort out other issues. At 28 y/o there is so much life to live that Panic Attacks should not get on One's way.
