What causes heart pains? I often have random heart pains as if my heart is being poked with a needle. the pain gets extremely worse when I bend down. it happens to me every once in a while.

I always get a pain my left chest and it hurts a lot.. It feels like someone is poking needles in my chest or heart ! what could that be ?
