Don't understand: Has your wife seen her own doctor and confirmed that she is healthy enough for another pregnancy. Some women may have added complications in a later pregnancy (over 35 yrs old). She will need good follow up. It is certainly possible for her to have a healthy pregnancy, but may take a little extra care.
